How many cases will I receive?

We actively assign cases in your county. Most notaries see 20+ active cases depending on availability and service radius.

How fast do I get paid?

Most payments are completed within 30 days (Net30).

How do I pay for my membership?

After you submit your application, you'll see a secure checkout link for the plan you selected. Payments are processed by Clover; we never see or store your card information.

Do I need to be a Loan Signing Agent?

It's optional. If you are, you may receive additional assignments that require document handling.

What is the Local Agent program?

Selected notaries coordinate directly with clients and logistics, and can earn up to 5% commission per closed case.

Do you support RON (online notarization)?

Yes. If you're RON-enabled, tell us your platform and we'll route cases that can be handled online.

Can I choose my service area?

Yes. Select your primary county and how far you're willing to travel; you can add nearby counties as secondary areas.

Is there a contract or monthly minimum?

No long-term contract and no minimums. You work the assignments you accept.

What support do I get on a case?

A dedicated coordinator, clear instructions, and fast answers by phone, text, or email.

Do I need E&O insurance?

It's recommended. If you have it, include your coverage amount for priority assignment when it's required.

How soon can I start?

Once your payment is confirmed and we verify your commission, our team will contact you with the next steps to activate your membership.
